Exhibitor Information:

DEPOSITS : A 50% Deposit is required with your application if submitted 30+ days from the show date. Your balance is due a month prior to the show. If you are submitting an application within a month of the show date, we will require payment in full. Deposits are not refundable within 30 days of the show date.

LATE APPLICATIONS : We will accept applications, space permitting, the day before the show. A signed fazed application will be accepted only if it has credit card number paying it in full. This will apply to all applications 30 days prior to the show date. *Download Application. (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required)

REMINDER : We encourage all exhibitors to bring food and drink for themselves. Typically, the concession stands at the sites are not open. We will provide coffee and bagels/donuts for the morning plus two bottles of water for each booth.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS : There are no bad booth locations! The Expo committee will assign all booths! Early applications, with deposits, will get priority positions when a booth layout has been established. At the show there will be a layout with booth locations. There can be no refunds if you do not like your booth locations.

SET UP : You can start stetting up your booth between 2pm and 7pm Saturday, and between 7:30am and 10:30am on Sunday. Do not break down your booth until 4pm on Sunday.

BOOTH RESERVATIONS : We require a signed Contract to reserve a booth. If need be, we will fax or Email you a contract. You may download a copy of the contract in PDF . Print and fill out the contract, fax or mail to us with a check, or credit card information. We will reserve and set up a booth for you. If for some reason you do not show up, you will still be required to pay for the booth. If you reserved a booth within 30 days of the event date, you will be required to forward your credit card information and pay for the booth in full.
